Contemporary Villa with Stepped Marble Facade

Our story

We started with a line and became a team

Since its founding, SKETCH has specialised in architectural, interior and exterior design, alongside engineering supervision, project management and engineering consulting. We chose the name “SKETCH” because we believe the finest buildings begin as a quick drawing on paper, then mature through study and detail until they become a reality to be lived in.

To date we have designed more than 300 projects for individuals and companies: villas, palaces, event halls, residential buildings, offices, commercial buildings, serviced apartments, retail stores, fuel stations and factories, in a style that balances luxury with function, and classical character with a contemporary spirit.

What we stand for

Our vision

To grow into the advanced projects of the future, in step with Saudi Vision 2030, applying technology and modern design to deliver our services at a world-class level of quality and professionalism.

Our mission

To spread a genuine culture of quality across design and engineering supervision.

Our goals

To build long-term partnerships with our clients and meet their present and future ambitions with design solutions that last.

Our values

Four lines we never stray from

Quality first

From the first line on the drawing to the last note on site, quality is a standard we never compromise.

Considered creativity

Bold ideas grounded in rigorous functional and engineering study.

Transparency

Clarity in proposals, schedules and costs, with continuous communication at every stage.

Commitment

We stand by what we draw, what we promise, and the dates we commit to for drawings and reports.

Our disciplines

Four fields, one vision

Architectural design

Architectural drawings and 3D floor plans for every level, balancing space, function and identity.

Interior design

Majlis, living rooms, bedrooms and offices designed in classical and contemporary styles that reflect their owners.

Exterior design

Facades that make the first impression: neoclassical, modern, or a blend that suits the place.

Landscape & courtyards

Courtyards, gardens and outdoor lounges that carry the design spirit beyond the walls.

Our approach

Four steps from idea to reality

Listen & study

We start by listening to what you need, then study the site, the regulations and the budget so the design stands on clear ground.

Concept & design

We sketch the concept and develop it into a complete architectural and interior design, with plans and 3D visuals that show you the project before it begins.

Drawings & details

We turn the approved design into detailed drawings and precise specifications, ready for the authorities and for the contractor you choose.

Supervision & follow-up

We follow the contractor's work on site stage by stage, checking it against the drawings and specifications until the project is completed as drawn.
